Hi, my name is Shawn and I’m doing some research for a new moving service website. Thank you for taking time out of your day to help us. The goal of this session is to get a better idea of what different users’ experiences are with searching for, selecting, and using moving services.

It’s okay to take time to consider your answer or change if your thoughts change with time, just try to share as much as possible so we can get an accurate idea of your experience.
